Chef Darvelio Ramirez handles all matters related to running Bantam Pub’s kitchen and ensuring our guests enjoy the highest quality ingredients available within our standard menu offerings, as well as our diverse, ever-changing specialty dishes. Bantam Pub offers a full bar, with all of the brands our guests expect for their preferred drink, or when guests are in the mood for something out-of-the-ordinary, Bantam Pub’s specialty drinks have gained a considerable following due to their originality and deliciousness. With 10 draught beers on-tap, plus a variety of canned/bottled beers, our guests always find a beer to their liking. Bantam Pub’s wine list is diverse and ever-evolving.
