“60,000 sq ft & 1200 of artifacts!”
The World of Coca-Cola at Pemberton Place® celebrated its Grand Opening on May 24, 2007. It's the only place where you can explore the fascinating story of the world's best-known beverage brand. With 60,000 square feet for you to explore, the World of Coca-Cola features more than 1,200 artifacts from around the world that, until now, have never been displayed to the public before. Around every corner you'll experience something new and inviting. You'll see great interactive exhibits such as a thrilling, multi-sensory 4-D movie (3-D glasses with moving seats) and a fully functioning bottling line. You can even give our 7-foot Coca-Cola Polar Bear a big hug! And of course, a World of Coca-Cola favorite-the tasting experience, will give you a refreshing opportunity to sample over 60 different beverages from around the world. All this and much more make the World of Coca-Cola a unique and must-see Atlanta experience! A visit of the entire attraction is estimated to last an average of 90 minutes.
Very interesting but a bit crowded when we went. When you go in the room to taste all of the drinks try the Beverly from Italy. Very memorable.
I went to the World of Coke back in middle school. I was cool and interesting. I liked the Coca Cola Stream and the tasting station. I tasted EVERY KIND OF COKE and even mixed a few and the next two days I was sick now I know that they was nothing wrong with the Coke I got sick from tasting them all and mixing them. Now that I older I have visited China and I can tell you first hand that the China Coca Cola at the World of Coke is the same as the Coke in China.
this was a nice side trip. Glad we went once. Won't need to go again. Very crowded.
Self guided your through several exhibits. It was entertaining to do once. I would have no need to go back, but it was an interesting day. The best part was the tasting room at the end where you can sample sodas from around the world.
This was a pretty cool place, but sadly we were stuck with a school group of eighth graders who made it difficult to listen to the tour guide and sample the Coke products from all over the world. You get a free bottle of Coke in the end. It was cool, but I don't plan on returning any time in the future.
This was the most awesome tour ever! The 4D movie was fun, I enjoyed trying all the different coca cola flavors around the world, huge souvenir store that I spent hours in, meet the awesome polar bear, and had fun touring around getting to know how it is produced and how it began! I would so visit this place again!!!!!
Be sure to sample all the drinks at the end. You will be sure to learn everything coca-cola here. Lots of memorabilia to see.
Loved the diversity of exhibits there. From the huge Polar Bear to take our picture with, to historical, interactive and artistic as well as a 4D show. Our group ranged from 4yo to 60+ and everyone was well entertained. Some hints for future visitors: the 4D movie seats move or should I say JERK back and forth fairly violently. Small children and anyone with back or neck issues should sit in the back row where they are stationary. Also, when going through the historical exhibit, at the very end there is a display of the Olympic torches...ask an employee to give you information about them and then ask if you can hold one (they have special ones you can hold in a special area around the back! Super cool picture opportunity!)
This was my second time here, the other 2 that were with me it was their 1st time here and we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff was absolutely amazing and they were all very fun ambassadors. The share a coke movie was the more touching thing I've seen in a long long time! 💕
