With traditional Cuban fare at the core of it's menu, Sol combines various ethnic influences to create the perfect fusion of tastes and cultures which culminate into a fun and fantastic dining experience. With twenty four rums and growing, Sol also has the only rum bar in Athens and one of the few in Ohio. We also carry over thirty different bottled beers, with a focus on Ohio craft brews and seasonals, and a selection of domestics and imports as well. We also feature a full bar and a selection of red and white wines to compliment our menu. Set below street level in an alley with a bit of a speak easy feel, Sol is definitely one of Athens' hidden gems. But don't give up on finding us, once you do you will be pleasantly surprised!
