“Athens' toughest saloon spot”
This is the dictionary definition of a biker bar. At any hour of the day, there are four or five motorcycles parked outside, and the people inside are friendly as can be. The drinks are cheap, the liquor is strong, and karaoke night is some of the most fun you can have at OU. Caveat emptor -- the Skull is cash-only, so come prepared.
