Big Dogs on the River is a family owned and operated business started by T.J. Stephens and his father Terry Stephens in 2010 on the Middle Oconee River in Athens, GA. Our mission is to raise awareness to promote a better, cleaner Middle Oconee River and surrounding streams. We hope to do this by educating people and having them enjoy the beautiful natural resources of Athens, GA. Our motto is “Keepin it Clean & Green”.
