AMAZING PLACE. Huge areas that are well laid out. Plenty of space. Great fire pits. Smooth roads with bike lanes on each side. Many many bike and walking trails linking together. A lake to swim/fish in. A surf beach with a shipwreck. Plenty of wildlife. Estuary and river access. Amazing place
