The Blue Dolphin Inn

Imagine a fabulous vacation at this secluded, tropical hideaway.  The Blue Dolphin Inn is located in the exclusive northern tip of the island in the Historic Village of Anna Maria. The complex features two "Old Florida" style homes, each featuring two spacious units.  Nestled centrally in the complex is a heated tropical pool, complete with lounge chairs, poolside table with umbrella, and tiki bar. There’s even a dolphin fountain at poolside!  The grounds are lush and tropical, with meandering paths and beautiful outdoor living areas for each of the four accommodations.  Each building features a roof top observation deck where you can relax or take some phenomenal area photographs that will make your friends green with envy! It's just a short, one-block stroll down a path to the sugar-sand beach and clear blue waters of the gulf at the tranquil northern point of the island.  Dolphins and manatees can be viewed frequently and the sunsets are breathtaking.  There's no public parking nearby, so the beach here is a bit more secluded as well. For the fishing enthusiasts in your group, the Rod and Reel Pier is less than a five minute stroll away. Our four units are adorable, roomy, very clean, and very comfortable.  They are all beautifully decorated and fully equipped.  Each has a full kitchen, its own washer and dryer, its own gas grill, WIFI internet access, and all the comforts of home.  Each unit has it’s own unique charm and the ambiance of a private beach house. The Skimmer and Ibis units are both ground level two bedroom, one bath units that will sleep six each. The Heron unit is an upper level two bedroom, two bath unit that will sleep six. The Flamingo unit is an upper level three bedroom, two bath unit that will sleep eight.
