Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on August 24, 2017This is a very clean and quiet park in the city of Albany, Oregon. Off and on Interstate 5 is very easy.
Interior roads and sites are asphalt. Small space between sites has gravel and some landscape. Trees provide a bit of shade but also block satellite. The park does have free cable. Park WiFi worked most of the time.
Utilities (30 amp) work fine. Site level. Park lay out is strange, you can't walk a loop. Two small pet areas. Indoor pool and showers. Very nice laundry room.
There are mostly permanent and seasonal campers here. Owners are helpful and nice.
The park has been here for years but it does feel more modern than some.

We stayed here one night as part of a longer trip. Very clean & nice RV park with bonus amenities like cable tv, a gym and pool.

It's a nice clean park, but bathroom/shower use needs to be clarified. The sites are level and clean, power, water sewer are all good. Wifi was so-so, didn't try streaming but doubt it. We didn't use any of the restrooms/showers or laundry as we could not access them! We did check in late, the instructions say "Pool Hours 9A-9P Everyday" however it does not say this means the laundry & most of the bathrooms too! There is 1 bathroom that supposedly has a shower that is open via code. I was unable to open it with the code.... Apparently you have to hold the lock open while pulling the handle. I spoke with the manager and suggested they could be more clear by posting hours on the door of the closed facilities and better instructions and he said they were clear in the check-in notes! I am a reasonably intelligent person and have been to 50+ RV parks across the country and I disagree! Too bad what seems like a simple effort to make it more clear was met with that attitude! Nice enough place, close to I-5, but far enough away for quiet, but we won't be back!!

Unfortunately as of this date, although you are able to submit a reservation request online, ultimately, you must speak to someone in order to reserve a site. Nice touch, but difficult if you are trying to book outside of office hours. I was finally able to call during office hours and still had to leave a message. The website does show it as a nice looking facility. http://theblueoxrvpark.com/
