Historic Downtown Albany

The town of Albany developed on the Willamette River, with steamboats bringing commerce to a thriving waterfront. Today Downtown Albany is designated a National Register Historic District and includes many historic buildings in a variety of architectural styles, dating to the late 1800’s.
