Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on September 28, 2020I stopped here to take a look while on my way to Rachel, to be able to post some information here. It is a fairly level gravel area beside the road, suitable for overnight camping. There is a BLM notice board at the back, but I think it is most likely a state department of transportation gravel-staging site.
If you really want to stop in this valley, there is a better-looking site a few miles west that is much further off the road. It is easy to spot, with a huge gravel mound. There is no Verizon signal in the valley. The Little A'Le'Inn is a much better bet, with a strong Verizon signal, free overnight camping in the back or water/electric hookups for $20.
