We were heading from Reno, NV to Kingman, AZ and this was the perfect, no-frills stop. We arrived after dark and the campground host escorted us to our site and made sure we knew where each of the hook-ups were.
As they say “any port in a storm “! It was over 100 degrees and we needed someplace with electric. Just off interstate 40. Highway noise but can’t hear it with AC running. Very barren and could definitely use some attention. No one on site. Honor system for paying

100 down 30 up 5g Tmobile.
10 water, sewer, electric, pull throughs. Self pay at office $25 for power $10 for dry.
3 of the sites were "occupied" with what looks like long term old time units that have not move in a while.
Sites are decently level. Gravel/dirt lot, there is some grass around for the pups.

Very hard to find in the dark. It is what it is I’m not sure what one would expect from the reviews and price but it is a place to park with power for $25 right off the 40. It says it is owned by a local family. Cash or check only. It also said showers laundry and Wifi available we did not use. Dumpster and full hook ups.
*** Do not follow google maps. On the corner of grand ave and road 40.
There is abandoned buildings all around and we saw stray cats and dogs but never saw any people, seems safe.

We called ahead and paid $25 with Credit Card. It’s not much to look at but they have FHU, Wi-Fi, Showers, and Laundry. Cafe in town is set on midway point between Chicago and LA on famous Route 66. Gas station is not far away. Manager is nice and helpful. Hardly anyone around so if you need lots of other campers to feel safe, you might want to keep going. I found it to be fine.

Called ahead but they said they usually only have 1 or 2 people per night. We rolled in and only saw one other RV. It’s pretty much a gravel lot but nice to have full hookups and plenty of spaces.
We had 3 bars of Verizon and had 19 down and 10up with our Verizon internet service.
