This is a cool old hotel where we stayed. It has a spa with hot tubs and saunas, hot sand rooms, etc. - all included in the price of the room.
I won't go through the Black Hills without stopping at this place any more! This info on Roadtrippers says they have a cafe -- maybe you could stop for breakfast and see the horseys! The same info was not on their website, so I would call before hand - to see what they really have for food in the morning:

This is a 30 minute (one way) side trip off Hwy 80. Looks like a crazy and interesting place!
4th St. Bistro features local organic produce, hormone & antibiotic-free meat & poultry from Niman Ranch & Sonoma County Poultry, sustainable seafood, and a Wine Spectator award winning wine list. A bit pricey.
