Scottsbluff is a town in the Panhandle region of Nebraska, USA. The geological structure that gives the town its name was an important waypoint on the Oregon Trail and is preserved today as a national monument. The town of Gering is nearby and is included in this article.

- The Summit Road in Scotts Bluff National Monument is believed to be the oldest existing concrete road in the State of Nebraska. The road allows visitors to drive to the top of the Bluff through 3 tunnels for a spectacular view of the valley.
- Scottsbluff was founded in 1899 across the North Platte River from its namesake, a bluff that is now a U.S. National Park called Scotts Bluff National Monument.
- Randy Herman Meisner, an American musician, singer and songwriter best known as a founding member of Poco and the Eagles, was born in Scottsbluff.
