We were there twice this year and both times the bath house in our area was closed and the dump station smells so horrible. We were lucky enough earlier in the year to get a site with a view and it was spectacular. I do love this park and the beaches are amazing. The campground just needs a little TLC.
This is one of our favorite RV locations. It offers a deversity of camping sites. The campground windes around and can be a bit tight at times, and many more options available if you have a smaller trailer or class B or C. Our Vibe 26RK is a bit on the long side so it made for limited options. It appears that they are about to roll out park wide wifi (but it is in construction phase right now) which would be huge. We have Verizon and there is no cell service there at all. Pacific City is a great location and can be pretty busy at times, and it is close to Tillamook to get hop over and get some great ice cream.
The rate reflects our Thousand Trails NW Zone membership fee. Some stretches of road are narrow and in disrepair. There is no cell service throughout the park. A weak wifi signal is available at the club house. The proximity to Cape Kiwanda is the highlight of this location. It is also within walking distance to the beach. There is a marked trail for beach access. Despite all of its shortcomings, you *might* be able to talk me into staying again because Cape Kiwanda is a majestic & magical place.

If you NEED to be connected, this is not the place for you. We were only able to stay here because our signal booster made the service tolerable.
Not all sites have full hook ups but they are wooded and separated from each other. They also do not accept mail here so if you have anything sent here it will be at the post office in Pacific City.
We did not explore the rest of the grounds.

This is a nice park right across from a great beach you can walk to or even drive your car on. We managed to get a sewer site but they are very limited. Many of the access roads are two way and very narrow. Some of the upper loops have ocean views but the best sites are leased out or used for rentals.
Phone and Internet service is pretty much non-existent even with a booster (Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon). Pacific City is a quick drive away and had great Sprint and Verizon coverage.
We really enjoyed the area and did a couple of great hikes in nearby Cape Lookout State Park.
Update (September 2017) - We got OK AT&T Mobley in the lower loops with our cradle booster this past summer. Our friends stayed in the upper loop and have a bigger booster with directional antenna and reported a couple bars of LTE on Verizon and AT&T.
Overall we still love this area but the same negatives still apply and the roads are in pretty rough shape and show no signs of maintenance.

We have a big rig and saw a number of other big rigs there, although it was often a tight squeeze and a bit harrowing on the roads. The campground is beautiful and set among the trees overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our site was completely surrounded by hedges, which made for a privat forest feel in a busy campground. We saw several sites with the electric box covered by bags, so that further limited the available sites. Our Verizon was extremely limited and sporadic, even with our booster, but the wifi at the clubhouse is ridiculously slow. The adults only got tub is huges and great after a long day exploring.

This is a membership park, although walk ins are welcome. This is a very hilly park, with some sites open and exposed while others are more secluded. We chose seclusion over satellite availability. Some larger rigs may find difficulty maneuvering some the loops. There is no dog run for the fur babies. There is a nice trail to the beach which is just across a 2 lane road, which is moderately used. We were camped up against that road, so the road noise during the day was noticeable. However in the evening, it was quiet.

WiFi and cell non-existent where we were. Sketchy at best even at club house. Our site had full hookups and very wide. Our fifth was hard to park but we managed. Most roads are one way and thin. Our spot was shaded in trees but managed satellite. Just a beautiful place to stay with nice beach across road.

Nice park, plenty of spaces (over 300), & most sites have vegetation between them for some privacy. Numerous dump stations for those who don't get a full hookup. The beach is very close, a short walk, and it's close to many sights and attractions. My site was reasonably level and surrounded by trees, like camping should be. Verizon was spotty for me and I believe non existent at some of the other sites. A quick 3 mile ride to town got me 4 bars tho.
