Confirmed by 10 users | Last reported on June 02, 2023I usually prefer the public parks to private, but for this park I've made an exception. I only intended to stay for one night, but extended my stay for the week.
It's right across the highway from Cannon Beach. You can take a stroll through an underpass to town. Sites are well-spaced for a private RV park, and there are lots of trees that give it a more park-like feel. Excellent WiFi — consistently fast (provided you're at a site that has good reception). Excellent cable — at least 30 channels and the clearest picture quality that I've had at an RV park.
But the clincher — INDOOR HOT TUB. (And pool. But — HOT TUB). Maybe I just don't stay at RV "resorts" enough, but I couldn't get enough of that, especially on cold rainy PNW nights.
I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely stay here again while in the area.
Bonus for dog owners: A short walk up the road leads to a nature reserve with fire road trail where dogs under voice control are allowed off-leash.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and privacy within this RV park. We stayed on the back side in site 25 which felt more like a state campground. There is a pool, hot tub, store, laundry, games, excellent wifi and access to the city and beaches of Cannon Beach is fantastic.

This would be a great place to stay in any location. Being only 1/2 mile away from the soft sands and tidepools of Cannon Beach makes it one of my top favorites overall.
There are so many great things about the park. Start with the setting and spacing. With so many trees, it's more forested than some national park campgrounds I've been in. Spacing is very good for an RV park, with a little bit of room for the kids to run around. The indoor pool and hot tub is probably the star of the show. We used them both every day we were here, even though the weather outside was fantastic for April. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The Wifi is the absolute best I've ever seen in an RV Park--that's important, because we couldn't get AT&T here even with a booster.
Normally we don't travel with a car. Having places our kids can get to on their bikes is important. This location really delivers, with an epic Oregon beach, plus groceries, coffee, and even dinner within easy bike riding range even for our 8-year-old.
The only knock I have against this place is that the playground is pretty tiny. Even though the pool and the beach are excellent alternatives, neither are places we can let the kids run off by themselves. In campgrounds with a better playground, it serves as a gathering places for all the children to meet up and entertain each other. Still doesn't stop me from giving the place five stars and two thumbs up.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was the only place that had availability for us, since we waited till the last second. The place is clean, but the sites are very close together.
The best thing (as written in other reviews) is that it's a nice long walk to the beach. It's a better bike ride and there are many things to do in the small town when you get there.
The pool is a good size and so is the hot tub! This is the only place I have seen that has a mandatory "adults only" time in the pool from 8-10pm! This was really nice, since kids are always telling in the pool :)
The $50 price tag is a little steep, but it's summer time and everyone is out at the Haystack rock right now.
I shot a bunch of pictures while I was here, so you can get a better idea of the grounds.

A very nice RV park. Lots of amenities: pool, hot tube, laundry, gas, diesel and propane available, air, free showers. The front desk at checking was very nice and welcoming. We found our site easily and getting our travel trailer in was easy with the available room. Site 60 isn't the nicest site being right across from the bathrooms but with the trees around the site, there were no noise issues. The site was paved and level so setup was easy. Full hookup. We very much enjoyed staying at the resort. I would highly recommend RV Resort at Cannon Beach.

Since it was a beautiful weekend in Cannon Beach, the park was full, but didn't seem over crowded. From what I have seen this winter, this park is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Even though it has a lot of large rigs in it, I had no problem getting to and backing into my site. Park quieted down early and was dead quiet in the morning, I think the time change helped there! Park is in a great location for getting into Cannon Beach. Internet/wifi in the park was better than my cellphone hotspot which was amazing considering the park was full.

This is such a nice park in such a great town. The check in staff was extremely helpful. Since the park was not nearly full, they let us drive around and find the spot we liked the most, which was quite nice. We visited downtown Cannon Beach and loved the cleanliness and shops. On the way up the coast, we stopped at the Tillamook Cheese Factory and that was a blast. You can sample as much cheese as you want. The WiFi was good at this location. They also have a gas station at the rv park and it is the only one in town. We filled one of our propane bottles and that was easy, too. All in all, this is a great option near the heart of Cannon Beach.

We tried to make reservations and they were full and said that they book up a year in advance in the summer months.

Cannot beat the location - park and walk to the beach and town. But busy campground, lots of coming and goings. Sites often back up on to each other providing very little privacy. Choose carefully and make reservations. They do have a few dry camping spots if you arrive without a reservation. Lots of giant 5th wheels. The showers were hot and strong, the bathrooms clean but getting a bit old. I did not use the pool. My site #96 was great. All sites have asphault.

Stayed here last May for 1 night without a reservation, but they were fully booked beyond that...There is a nice pool house with a hot tub. The other RV park is in a better location, but pretty primitive...Ecola St. Park really should have RV camp sites...This area definitely needs a third option.
