We heard about them After we paid and checked in from other campers and confronted the office and they were more than accommodating but they should be upfront. We like a mix of boondocking, state parks, and resort type parks and this one certainly takes care of our resort park itch. In fact, it's one of the few over the last 3 years of our traveling that has us looking forward to a return visit and for a month which is something we don't normally do. The list of things to do is far to long to list but if you want activities this is the place. Very active park. The only other downside for us is that RV's could very well be parked across from park models which takes away from the view and the RV lifestyle feel that we like so keep that in mind, you may want to park and take a drive around before settling on a site. People are friendly and the place is kept very clean. We liked it enough that we plan to make a 1 month reservation for November 2015. We normally stay in one spot for a week and move on but this place caught our attention, but keep in mind it is a huge park. We camped at Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Note that the rate above was based on a 3 month stay. Also, if this is your first stay, they’ll give you 20% off.
Rate does NOT include electricity, water and trash. Just be aware that these are charged each month. Not outlandish but you should be aware up front. Also, Arizona has some wild rules on taxes. Unless you stay a month, you have a large tax added to your stay.
This is the longest that we have stayed in one place. We came for a month and stayed for three.
The sites are ok - gravel with pad and a palm tree. Full hook-ups. You’ll definitely see your neighbors but these are good size RV sites.
Activities - more than we could do in 90 days. Car show, live music, hot air ballon rides, dances, water volleyball, golf, swimming and our new favorite activitity - Pickleball. Lots and lots of Pickleball.
We made so many new friends here. Lots of opportunities to socialize.
We’ve enjoyed it here so much that we’ll be back next year.

Beautiful grounds, very welcoming check in and host guiding you to your spot. Off the I10, quiet and serene location. Would liked to have stayed longer as it looks like a great place to stay for awhile. We just did one night, enroute to the east coast. All hookups are super convenient.

Came to inspect the resort for my Class A and ended up buying a home. Plenty of activities, 4 pools (one designated as a sport pool), par 3 golf course in excellent condition, lawn bowling, tennis and pickle ball courts (these require rating and round robin play only). Most services are extra (electricity, trash, WiFi). WiFi is poor requiring extensive buffering if you plan on Netflix or other streaming services even if you pay for high speed. Not the best cell coverage if you are a Verizon user. Most employees are residents, therefore friendly; although they can’t resolve issues. Keep in mind a corporation owns so expect fees to rise annually (appx 5%).

Lots of activities, golfing, dog parks. Was here for renegade rv rally. They had a “ranger” on a golf cart escort us to site, it was a back in, and felt like a tight turn for a park with 2200 sites, but the site itself was big, power good with 2 sewer hook ups.
Wi-Fi was offered monthly, since cell was marginal, we decided not to get Wi-Fi. You can watch YouTube in low res, but even some websites took a long time to load.

For such a highly rated resort we have been VERY disappointed with the cable based internet. Totally undependable when we needed it. Love the resort. Not recommended for remote work.

We stayed here in our 38' motorhome with toad. It was a different checkin. We were told at the gate to follow the road until we see the RV1, RV2 signs and stop there and someone would meet us and take us to our site. This is a very large park and they said once we were set up we could go back and checkin. I had to ask for a map and our guide was very nice and went and got us a little welcome pack. Our spot was very long with hookups in the very back. We actually had to back up to get our cords and hoses to reach the utilities, even though they request you to be at the front of your lot. We did NOT have cable or wifi even though it was listed as an amenity. It was a beautiful resort, very large and lots of activities.

Booked on line. No services available when we arrived (a Sunday) didn’t have our reservation even though we had been billed and could show number and proof of payment. No map, no welcome package. We were escorted to a parking lot pull thru. So table or normal area to relax. Even the cheapest of campsites have nicer sites. Internet code had to be requested from gate who had to get back to us. For the dollar this place is not recommended.
