From the moment we pulled into the KOA we felt at home. The staff made us feel right at home. The park sits on 22 acres, has 3 fishing ponds only 2 are fish-able, the 3rd has a algae problem. The RV lots are fairly large, paved roads and the majority of the lots are paved, ours was gravel. The internet is sporadic, as with all RV parks. The swimming pool is very nice (salt water). The whole facility is nice and clean very well taken care of. There are also black and brown rabbits all over the park, which was kind of nice. Over all a great experience I would recommend staying here.

Nice looking park about 3 miles off I-40 from exit 329. Staff friendly and lead you to your site. Tight maneuvering for large rigs towing. Cars were parked in or near the already narrow, curvy interior roads. Staff had to ask the people behind us to move their vehicle so we could get into our site. We had a pull thru, concrete site which is up front. The site is narrow and our toad ended up being mostly in the grass not on the concrete. As good as our site (33) looked, it was terribly unlevel – side to side and hanging down in the back. We were not able to get level front to back so we needed handrails inside to keep from running to the back! We would have asked to be moved but we didn’t see any pull thru site that looked any better as they are terraced. The sites closest to the road are mostly likely the most level but we didn’t think we’d be able to make the turn to get out of the site. Decent spacing between sites with grass. No trees for shade. Verizon 5g 3 bars. Satellite would not be a problem. Internet did not work (surprise, surprise). Very noisy sandwiched between I-40 and 70 constant sounds of tractor trailers, dump trucks and souped up vehicles. Call for directions. Google maps takes you the wrong way and that is the link from their website.

All the staff is very nice and thoughtful. Campground is clean. Pool is clean. Our site was 52 gravel in the back. Pretty leve and easy to get into for us. I think all sites are pull through. Several little pavilions with seating, games and outdoor heaters. Great activities on the weekends for the kids. Oh laundry and a game room.
You can hear the freeway at times. The view of the mountains is perfect though.
Really overall just a great spot to stay.

We stopped for 1 night, the campground was super clean and the views were great. A quick strong storm came through and ended with a double rainbow over the mountains. Beautiful!

We spent a week here recently and were very pleased with the staff, location, and amenities. The owners of the property are a great family. 3 generations all work as a team. It’s great watching everyone (even the kids) participate in the property. Any concern or request of the property, the team went out of the way to accommodate us. The pool was warmed and my kids really enjoyed it. They have a game room that had ample options to keep our kids occupied!
They’re also adding additional spots on the far end of the park in the coming months. We spent a day on a standard gravel site and the rest of the week in the deluxe concrete slab. Both were mostly level and well kept.
We’ll definitely be returning here when we’re back visiting friends and clients in the Knoxville area.
The wifi had been recently updated and we regularly got between 15-18Mbps.

We got a pull-through with water and 50 amp for our one-night stay. An easy 3 miles off I-40, good signage. Interior roads could be wider. Parking pads are concrete and lovely but with the Jeep attached I wasn't able to keep it off the grass edge. Which is a shame because the grass space throughout the park is gorgeous - definitely the nicest we've had in 16 states this summer! Friendly and fast staff, guide to site. Pizza and ice cream offered at the little store. I've sure the laundry and showers are clean as the rest of the place is immaculate.
Site not real level, but able to get there with tires on the ground. Nice picnic table also on concrete. Our site was at the end by the road but we had very little noise. Able to get satellite with open sky. Park WiFi worked great. Cable available at sites 1-40.

A Beautiful campsite, a ton of activies for the grandkids, lots of amenities, & I could go on and on. The staff were super to deal with. We had a gravel back in site, it did have a little slope front to back but was zero issue getting level. We had a great view of one of the ponds, and nice lawn on each side and behind us. There was a nice modern picnic table and a heavy duty fire ring, both of which we put to good use. This is the first time Ive ever been to a Koa, this one certainly set the bar pretty high. Loved our visit here, we were here for 3 nights.
Ps, they had a great store that served 8 flavors of hard ice cream!!

Lot of Noise from the interstate. Otherwise, great spot for a one night stay. Good space between RVs.
The cleanest and most scenic KOA we have stayed at. The staff is family are truly wonderful people that are eager to help at a drop of a dime. Priced perfectly. We stayed one night and would have stayed longer but the park was full going into Memorial Day Weekend. The ice cream is wonderful and the dog park is hands-down the very best we have seen. We will definitely return many more times in the future.
