There’s some kind of cow factory across the street and the smell was so intense we left in the middle of the night.
It’s ok as far as RV Parks go. I feel bad leaving this review because the staff was incredibly nice and it’s not their fault.
We only stayed here because we really needed to top off our water and we couldn’t find anywhere to do that. I can’t believe people live here. Sad. If you smell this place and you can continue to ingest cows and dairy then you’ve got something I don’t. Omg worse than Amarillo.

We don’t need much to be happy at a campground. Our priorities are: level site, full hookups, room to push out slides & awnings, enough cell signal to execute a work day, and (if we’re super fancy) good dining/grocery within walking distance.
Coachlight Inn Motel & RV Park checked all those boxes. She ain’t pretty by any stretch of the imagination, but you can see evidence of a past life. Word from the locals states that the motel had its hey-day, and then descended into a haven for a less than desirable, long-term resident clientele. Recent ownership change has spearheaded an effort to repair and renovate the motel, and permanently clear out the surly former regulars.
Upon arrival, the gal working in the office seemed new, and it took a bit of time to get our reservation sorted, but we didn’t mind. She was friendly and accommodating. She had trouble with the credit card machine, so we ended paying our bill in cash, which again, was fine with us. The rate was $22.50/night with our Passport America membership. We needed to stay over two Saturdays for gigs, and found the RV Park quiet, convenient, and no fuss. We had a level, gravel pull-through site - #10 at the end of a row. Roadrunners zipped back and forth across the lot every morning. We had our row to ourselves most days.
NOTE: During our time here, laundry room and showers we not available due to the renovation. The location is convenient to the freeway and you can reach anywhere in Las Cruces with a short drive. It was a delightfully uneventful stay.
One of the pleasant surprises of our visit was The Pit Stop Cafe next door to the motel. Identical in architectural style, but a completely separate entity from the motel, it offers delicious, affordable homemade diner-style breakfast and lunch. We ate there several times not only for the food, but also for the perfect wait staff Kim and Kayley.
For us, this was a fine value for the rate. We would stay here again.

The motel is run down and there were no restrooms available for RV campground patrons at the time of my visit. Otherwise, the RV park has level graveled sites and full hookups. There is a diner adjacent to the RV Park. Great overnight stop just off of I-10. The rate I paid is the Passport America rate. WiFi clocked in at 2.05 Mbps download speed and 1.01 Mbps upload speed. If you are in a self-contained RV, this RV park will suffice.

After reserving on-line over a month in advance and receiving confirmation over the phone, they claimed that "there's been a change in ownership" and our reservation and payment was not received. It was a blessing in disguise, after driving through it I'd happily pay to not stay there. The motel is mostly boarded and the office and exterior is in rough shape. The RV park is just a parking lot, half empty and sketchy looking. I felt dirty just driving through.

Just outside Las Cruces with easy on/off I-10. Rv park is nice; clean, level, gravel and the cell/wifi is fine. The motel has some great retro architecture, a plus for me, but from the outside it looks like the ongoing refurb/remodel work still has some way to go. Price reflects the PA rate.

I was with another RV and we were told to pick a site. The owners came by within 1/2 hour and wanted to make sure everything was Ok. They were very friendly and we chatted a while. We only stayed one night but we were pleased that the park
was designed so that we had afternoon shade...something many park designers neglect in this hot part of the world. A good place near the interstate 10 but not too noisy.

I don't know what Dorothykiesling was talking about re. the "shade" at this park. It's basically an uneven gravel lot. Shade trees were planted in the spring of 2021, they were about 2 feet tall in April. This park is right next to I-10, but I didn't notice because the employees/people who live in the RV park and motel generated much more noise. Honking horns, car alarms, shouting, arguing, raucous laughter, music, you name it. The couple who manage the RV park did not seem pleasant. I heard them kick someone out in the middle of the night, and another guest was asked to leave (loudly) the next day. I never saw one employee or member of the owner's large extended family wear a mask at any time during my state, despite a state mask mandate. I did not feel safe here, there was a very negative atmosphere, and the "new" manager was nowhere to be found.

The other reviews are spot-on. The motel where you check in looks like it belongs in a third-world country, but the office staff is friendly. You enter the RV park through the motel courtyard--just follow the signs. The park itself is a bit tired-looking with a number of run-down rigs...BUT there is a row of huge pull-through sites--long enough that even the largest rigs can stay hitched up--conveniently located right up front for easy access by short-term visitors. The pea gravel on the sites was neatly raked, and the area was clean. Power and water were reliable. Sewer hookup is up on a curbed "island", so you'll need a sewer hose support so waste doesn't have to flow uphill. What surprised me the most was how relatively quiet the park was considering its proximity to I-10; the motel and other surrounding buildings help to suppress what would otherwise be constant traffic noise. This is obviously not a destination park, but for an easy in-and-out overnight stop at a reasonable rate (assuming you have Passport America), it was just fine.
