This park is located down a foresty path and is the perfect park to check out on a sunny day (because the trees provide perfect shade.) This park is rarely busy..in fact we quite often are the only ones present, and the playgrounds provide fun for all ages.
Park has multiple playgrounds for all age groups all near each other, one of which includes a sensory park. There is an excellent walking trail where wildlife can be seen and when it snows this is the place to sled down as there is a giant hill! Park also has tennis courts and basketball courts. Best park around though it can get very very busy.
Great drive, free parking, not stroller friendly...but as long as you can do a lot of steps, it’s totally worth it. My kids 6,4, and 1 loved it! Bathrooms in the cute store.
Definitely worth a stop! Bible verses in a lot of the stores. Very clean town. Friendly staff at the ice cream shop across the street. All these ‘biggest’ things are really close so you can hit them all or most all in one stop.
Beautiful park with 4 playgrounds, 1 specific for sensory kids. Perfect for long walks deer viewing happens often. Perfect hill for sledding when it snows. Best park in the area!
It is fenced off far back from the artwork. Needles were found on the ground near the fence (which my daughter found!) If you’re in Austin and just want to drive by sure, but it’s nothing like what it could have been thanks to the fence. Apparently they are moving it north-said the locals.
Easiest parking. safe family friendly great playground lots of grass. We didn’t pay to go in just did the photo op and played at the park. Perfect 15min stretch your legs stop...but we could have spent hours it was so nice.
Best hotel for families. The room was huge and having a bedroom to ourselves w a shared bathroom w the kids was perfect. Perfect pool!

Diamond members and best hotel we’ve stayed at w young kids. Indoor pool was beautiful. Room was fabulous. Great place!
