Weird and kinda awesome. Wouldn't camp here, though - I've got to second the other reviewer, go down the road to the Sand Dunes Swimming Pool & RV Park! It's $10 for a campsite with a port-a-potty and no amenities here, while the Pool costs $20 for all the bells and whistles in great condition.

This place is INCREDIBLE! So much more than the photo. RVs, cabins, and campground for tents, with laundry and 24/7 bathrooms. Very inexpensive for tent site. The bathrooms are HUGE and squeaky clean - each single stall has its own toilet and shower, and they're gender-neutral. If you're sleeping there, the pool is half off the price. And while the pool is lovely, the real star of the show is the no-kids area - a wonderful converted greenhouse with a beer&wine bar, hot pools of varying temperatures, and even a sauna. Free wi-fi. They've got trees to create a wind break, which is a huge plus. We had reservations at another campsite, and ditched everything to stay here. So worth it.

STOP HERE!! The coffee is incredible, and the owner is just SO sweet. She gave us directions to a great hot spring further south. And there's even a little sandbox outside for kids! Seriously, incredible drinks. Don't miss it!

Lovely and quiet in the tent section, despite being a little crowded the night we stayed there. Squeaky clean. And all the bathrooms are single-stall, so I felt much more at ease there as a trans person! Don't remember whether the showers were single-stall.

What a lovely campground! Stayed here in a tent. All amenities, squeaky clean, very thoughtfully set up. Quiet and respectful. Pretty area, too.

INCREDIBLE. Go go go!! There are three sections; you can pay for one, two, or all three. DEFINITELY do at least section two to see the carousel at the end. Reviewer below is not kidding; set aside a few hours for this one. It defies description. We'd been hoping to come here ever since we read about it in "American Gods" by Neil Gaiman, and it was so much more than we could have expected.

Stayed here in a tent. Not a great experience. It's right next to a river, so there's an amazing amount of mosquitoes. Best thing you can say about the bathroom is that it's relatively clean and the toilet flushes. Showers have hot water and nice pressure. Camp sites are relatively clean, but there's some trash around. If you stay here, bring lots of bug spray and patience.
