Awesome location for camping! We showed up at the last minute to camp with our pop-up after being turned away from a commercial location outside the park. We are so happy to have stayed here instead, it's a beautiful location right under the mountains in Zion. The only drawback is there are no showers, which was okay for us as we were only here for one night. It should also be noted that we were there in March and the place was packed, so make reservations if you can!
I forgot to mention.....be sure you have quarters if you want to take a shower!
They don't allow Pop-ups....RV's only.
The campground was clean, some of the shower heads were broken and couldn't be hung on the wall. We didn't really like the location (read "the desert") but that's not the fault of the campground!

We had wanted to stay here for our overnight near Zion, however, when we showed up they turned us away because we had pets and our camper does not have A/C. They claim that rule is made evident on the website but is hidden within a lengthy paragraph about their rules. The staff was not very friendly either. We were able to get a great site at Watchman Campground inside the park which was spectacular. I do not recommend staying here unless they improve their customer service and website!

Nice location, near town!
Very nice place, the only complaint was that we could hear highway noise. They have a nice lake that would be great to play on if we had stayed longer!

A nice facility, the only drawback is that it's right next to a very busy railroad line. Trains ALL night long! We didn't get much sleep, but the kids didn't seem to notice them.
It appears you have this place in the wrong location. On the map it shows as being in Kansas, but the address states in Iowa.
