Beds were kind of small, pillows were too thick, bathroom was very small and had a sliding door that you practically needed a clawbar to open because it would stick. Staff was friendly and rooms were descent. When you need a place to stay, you're just thankful to find any vacancy. Also, continental breakfast was low par.

My father and I were pretty clueless when we drove up, no direction and no plan of approach to tackle the park. So we hopped on a shuttle and went to two different look out points and they were both breath taking and lovely. Even though we did the bare minimum and saw what we wanted to see my father described it as "well that is one hell of a hole in the ground"! I will probably come back in the future with friends to camp and hike, to really get the full experience.

Great service, big room (we had 2 queen room) and pretty good continental breakfast. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and nice I wish it was my bed at home. Enjoyed it very much!

I would give the Turquoise Trail no stars if the option was available. Let's just say all the hype is over rated unless you are into super bizarre folk art (and a lot of it) don't do the trail, big waste of time.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, large rooms and plenty of selection for the continental breakfast. It worked perfectly for us.

After reading everyone's reviews I was apprehensive about going and trying to get a photo, mostly because a lot of them said the woman was mean... And they were sort of right, but not really. We went over there and my dad (who has no clue what BB is) walked up onto their drive way and yes they were sitting outside in their opened garage. The woman pretty much barked at him like a junk yard dog but her bark was worse than bite. She was a very nice woman just wants people to respect her property (naturally) as they get mysterious and curious unexpected guests very regularly. So basically, they were very cool and nice just don't disrespect them by inviting yourself onto there property and politely ask from a distance if it is okay to get a picture and I think they would happily respond.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Not a crap hotel, great service, 2 queen bed room (it was huge room), continental breakfast was very tasty.

I have always wanted to come out here and I will say... If you blink, you will pass it. So ask for directions when you get into Amarillo. Such a cool experience! Total roadside relic.

Museum was smaller than I had expected but it was very interesting to see the cowgirls beautiful outfits and the projections of video from Buffalo Bill's show. Very interesting stuff to read about the amazing horsewomen!

Cute little road side diner, not sure it is authentic but defiantly a very cute replica. Food is average- we had the "Classic" breakfast and it was good but it is hard to mess up eggs and ham! Very nice and personable servers.
