This was a pretty nice campground with decent views of the forest. Depending on the site you choose, a bathroom may not be very near. Some sites are pretty small and have minimal space for pitching a tent. But it was quite and conveniently-located.

Stay here! A lovely campsite in the magnificent Kaibab National Forest. There a miles and miles of trails to hike on the Kaibab Plateau. Have a long look at all of the wonderful, flowering woodland plants. We had a great time!

This is a fantastic little campground! I felt it had a sort of retro vibe. The view in all directions cannot be beat. The campground overlooks the Colorado River, which is within walking distance. Although the hot, dry wind persisted until around 11pm, it finally ceased, and the night became quite pleasant. I will absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nice state park. The sites are large and clean, with plenty of trees. The red canyon is pretty, and it was an unexpected, pleasant stop on our roadtrip to Arizona.

This is an unattractive, poorly-managed, over-crowded, over-priced dump. Do not stay here.

Definitely get to this campground early if you want a spot during peak tourist season. As it is one of the first campgrounds within Grand Canyon National Park (south rim, east), it is very popular and fills up quickly. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay here for that reason. We had to drive 25 miles south to Tusayan, AZ, and the only place we could find in that area to stay was Grand Canyon Camper Village, which is a nasty, over-priced dump. Certainly do not stay there.
