Read the reviews and really wanted to love this nostalgic little place along Rt 66. We landed in this spot Friday evening. Perhaps it was an “off day”. Upon entering it was very awkward, dark and warm. We immediately wanted to leave but did not want to be insulting. We ordered something small and ate quickly.
*BEWARE OF DOG*. Dog was on a running leash that was accessible to the parking area. My boyfriend was bitten in the leg making our way to our car. I hate to say that we will not be returning when traveling through the area again.
