The River Walk was really cool! I only gave it 4 stars tho because it takes half a day to figure out what's going on but once you figure it out you can spend a couple days there. They have a 35 minute boat ride that gives you a tour of the River Walk and you learn a lot of the history, and I highly recommend that so you can get your footing about the area. There are lots of little restaurants and shops along the way also.
Free self guided tours. It was a super neat attraction and a big part of history. Exactly what I expected it to be. Lots of artifacts and reading. You can make it as long or as quick as you'd like.

Very very very pretty beach. It's a long slow drive from Mustang Island but definitely worth it.
The Stockyards were super awesome! We were there just in time for the longhorns they herd down the center of the town. It's all free and they have neat little shops and restaurants. I recommend it for all ages. I definitely plan on going back.
Very nice attraction and part of history. Didn't want to spend the money ($18 per person) for a tour but still got to see the ship up close.
Very nice camping area. It's a bit farther from the beach than I expected but overall a very nice area. You can't see the beach from camp but you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are clean.
