It was probably an amazing bridge, the original one, but this one is a pretty boring concrete bridge. Not worth going out of your way but an easy spot to stretch your legs.
09/05/21 this building is for lease; coffee shop no there.
What a beautiful park!! Well kept, clean restrooms, and best of all, the falls are simply gorgeous! Hope to come back one day for a longer visit!
$10/per car to enter. Stayed 30 minutes to take pics and a stroll for our dogs. The mosquitoes - OMGosh! So many you can hear them! Thankfully they left us alone....except the few that went into my shirt and hat - I walked into a swarm hidden by shade. Views at gorgeous, but unless you’re boating, there isn’t much to the park; picnic tables and mosquitos!
Dog friendly but no ideal spot for them to ‘do their business’...had to use the grass at the business next door (and yes, I picked up after them!). Other than that, we would stay again. Location is a bike ride from the shops and restaurants..
Really nice hotel, pet friendly! $100.00/per pet fee 😳. Bed was super comfy, room was very nice, breakfast was good. Convenient to interstate, shopping, a,d restaurants.
Not a bad place at all! I was pleasantly surprised but it did have a few things that need replaced; carpet at exit hallway smells like dog urine and our shower curtain has a mildew smell. For the money, I can ignore for one night. We stayed here because it allows big dogs.
There were about 20-30 people when we visited but we manage a few pics without strangers. Water and mud surrounded it but some got their feet dirty to tag or photo op. Worth the stop I think....nothing like it that I know of.
