When we called to make a reservation, we let them know we had a service dog that was coming with us. We get check-in the lady at the desk I look at the dog and said we could not bring him in. She let me know they have rooms for guests who have a dog, and they were all booked up. I said we paid for the Room, and I was not going to leave him outside. Then we have breakfast not. All they had was cereal a few bananas and nothing more. Could not get juice and had none. We went to the Hot Tub cold did not work. They have you initial a paper that you will supervise your kids in the pool area. That didn't happen at all had it full of teenagers running around screaming and the staff never came in to say anything. Then you get to your room you have little kids running up and down the halls, late at night, you call the front to complain about nothing coming from it. The last straw was we when out and came back and the was not clean. Called down the front and ask why the room was not clean she said we have scheduled a time to have them come in to clean. I let her know nobody told us we have to do that.
Don't waste your time staying at this Hotel because the pictures they have are false advertising.
