A peaceful campground surrounded by hills and oak trees. A great place for a family camping trip. The lake is actually a man made reservoir that offers inexpensive kayak and boat rentals but no swimming. We saw several fisherman cleaning lots of fish. There is a stage and nice amphitheater and plenty of places for kids to ride bikes.
A pretty drive on a twisty, one lane road. Not a lot of parking. The cave is small and the gate is large. The paintings are vibrant and worth a look.
A beautiful look out with a well paved path. Handicap accessible.
Go to the east side of the dunes for less footprints in the sand.
A gorgeous view! Free and off the beaten path. No one was around which made it even better.
