It looks very business-like on the outside. The lobby also looks pretty good until you look at the dining area. For a hotel this size, I'm not sure how you can offer food to 50 something people with only 6 tables.
We're staying on the first floor and there's an odd smell in the air. The light is out and the bathroom is half way in the bedroom. The bed and pillows are super soft, though. The room blinders don't close all the way so pretty much anyone can peep in from the outside which is not something anyone would like. I guess you do get what you pay for 60 something dollars.
Soft bed, hard morning bread. It's got a tiny little eating area in the morning. It serves its purpose when you're on the road and need a place to sleep. Nothing fancy or noteworthy.
It was alright. Decent history for aviation fans and a lot of reading material.
It's a pretty cool landmark. Definitely something to stop and take pictures of. You can park nearby, too.
It's pretty neat to look at. It's got a roundabout that goes around the whole thing if you don't want to stop. Parking is a little bit of a distance away.
Very satisfied with our stay. Bought a room for 70 something dollars and you get a decent room with a king bed, bathroom and a free breakfast with a decent selection.
It's just a beetle with spider legs. Kind of creepy, actually. Unique, though.
It's a painted rock. Serves as a pretty landmark and respect to U.S troops. Supposedly he goes around every Iowa county and paints a rock so there's more of these out there.
