Nice hotel, great pillows, dirty blankets. Rude bartender. Only stay here if it’s under $100 a night. There are better places for over $100.

Definitely not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I really like the service that the owners give. They are very sweet & kind. The hotel is older as the description stated and does remind me a little of 1998. However, the view you get here for only $89-$100 is better than any view I’ve had in this town. I’ve paid over $300 for a view like this in a hotel just to sleep in. The area is perfect we are only a skip away from the Stanley Hotel and if your familiar with this area you’re centrally located to pretty much everything. I am so happy to have found this hotel! Don’t come expecting lavish anything. Bring your own shower needs, and be prepared to stay on the porch for the most beautiful view! I stayed on the second floor and love it!

Pretty cool. Lots of dead animals for some strange reason? But over all a good stop! Check out Donny’s up the block! Lots of old west town type of cool buildings and items!
The story is wonderful but this is the picnic area of the park, it is not on the highway! To get here you must turn into the Ash Historic State Park and then turn left into the picnic area :)
