Wasn't expecting to have to pay sooooo much to see a crater. While it's cool to see, the gift shop and the admission price is pretty hefty for only being able to stand and look at the crater and not walk or hike much around. My kids enjoyed the inside more than the outside of the facility. While it's unique to see, it's definitely not worth the steep price.
After staying in two different la quintas the past 3 days we finally got a good one! Clean, and very quiet so far.
Chose this hotel and location per the roadtrippers app. Biggest mistake ever not doing research!! It was so dirty and gross! The tub was completely clogged and dirty, floors had mildew and grime all over. It's extremely loud all during the night into the morning. Tried switching rooms but was told we couldn't. I wish I could post pictures to show everyone how bad it was. I would definitely look for a better hotel.
Room smelt like wet dog/urine musk. So unorganized that the front desk gave someone a room key to our room so we had someone walk in while we were sleeping at night! Then was rudely treated when the front desk called to see why we were in the room?! Loud booms on either side and dogs barking in the rooms(we have a dog with us and signed an agreement that our dog wouldn't be a problem yet they allow other dogs to bark all day and night). We've booked this hotel in 5 different states and so far night one is the worst here!
