Great place to hike easily through old growth trees. A cool old chapel is along the old growth hike.
Don’t sleep on this one. There was an astronomer on hand with a huge telescope and helped us locate different constellation. Another review said it wasn’t worth the creepy 20 minute walk, but you can practically drive right up to it. I did sleep in my car and felt safe and comfy.
Owner retiring and selling. Was closed when I went. Sad that I missed it.
Great little state park. Camp sites are too close, but good for a stop over on my trip from NJ to WA.

Beautiful tribute. Just note that dogs are not allowed on the memorial walk (outside) where the crash site is located.
Such a cute stop on my way from NJ to WA. I wish someone would open it up as a coffee place again. So many visitors when I was there, I’m sure they’d make $!
