Beautiful setting for a stone circle. Feeling the ancient times here, sacred space. This spot also has a famine hut just down the road well worth the nice walk.
We did the Jamesons/Guiness combo tour. Wished we had more time at Jamesons, and Guiness was amazing. This pkace is the Disneyland of beer. Wonderful views of Dublin from the top, and excellent array of things to do throughout. I am not a very touristy person, but I had a great time. No one can argue about the beer!
This is a very accessible place to visit. It is a short, very beautiful hike to the site. The panel has been damaged by some visitors, but there is still a lot to see. We really enjoyed it. We hiked out, and ate a snack at the site while we looked at the wall. It really is pretty remote out there, make sure to have water and walking shoes.
