Perfect location for Grand Canyon. The bus comes right to this park to go to all of the stops and sights. The park had an elk that wandered all around eating grass and whatever else he could find. It was fun to see where he would be and how close he got and for us it was in the next camper spot! Made for great pictures and we followed the rules and didn't bother him. The only downside- no showers here. You have to drive to the next campground and then pay $2 per shower. It worked, just not ideal if you prefer to shower in the provided facilities. I would stay here again.

Stayed a couple of weeks ago. Very nice campground. It is run very efficiently, which I appreciate. Very clean. I agree with the other review, visit the corn palace. It leads to many "corny" jokes with your family!!

We checked in after hours and left before the office opened. I don't think Chris was rude. I spoke with him on the phone. I think he is direct and to the point. If you follow his direction and don't need fluffed, he is fine. This park was fine for a quick stop. Not a park I would hang at for a few days. It served its purpose for us.

We stayed at this park a few days ago. It was a convenient location to stop for a night and get back on the road. If you read other reviews on other sites, take notice to some of them, but disregard most. The location worked well for our needs. Any of the noises from outside the park are noticeable but does not disrupt anything. The laundry set up was $1 higher a load from the other places we stayed, but I didn't have to keep adding for the dryers and the laundry facility was the best we had seen. Now, the staff. Do not walk in with a chip on your shoulder based on other reviews and it will be fine. Pay them a compliment early on, do not criticize a thing and it will go smoothly. I am basing that on my transaction and the fella next to me. Mine went well. They aren't the most motivated but it didn't show in the park. It was clean and well laid out. I would stay there again.

We stayed just last night. It was our last night of a 17 day journey so we were relieved our last park was a good ending. The location was perfect for us to visit St Louis for a few hours. The pool was very nice. Of the six RV parks we stayed in, this park had the nicest shower set up and the cleanest. I had changed our days and they were very polite to this tired, needy traveler! I would stay again.
