Of all the KOA's we have stayed in, this was the worst. Arrived late so office closed, but site had been assigned. No space between rv`s. The 30 amp wasn't working (which they knew because they put a sign on the electric box). We tried to call, but calls weren't returned. Found an empty site and moved. There are a lot of long time campers as evidenced by poorly maintained sites and a lot of junk. The highway noise was loud. No lighting in the park. When walking our dogs, I didn't feel safe. We only stayed 1 night and would not go back. If you consider this park, only stay in the few `R` sites. Maneuvering through the rest of the park is difficult with a sizeable rig (We only have a 28 ft bumper pull).

Very quiet. Only a couple sites with full hook ups, which were separate from the largest part of the park. We didn't see that portion of the park, so can't comment on it. It is very far off the beaten path.

Got a spot right on the river. Beautiful sunset spot. Fun watching barges go down the river. This is a no frills park. Good one night stop. 15 min to Beale street. Level pull thru sites. No fire pits.

Close access to Nashville attractions. We even used uber very easily and the cost was close to the cost of parking. The park also has a shuttle to take you down town. This was a very clean, quiet, well kept park. Spots were close together. We weren't able to use our fire pit or sit outside because our site was muddy due to rain. But our site was more the exception than the rule. The customer service was great, including escort to our spot and help getting the rv parked, even in the pouring rain!

This is a pretty park. Very helpful and hospitable staff. We were there over thanksgiving and they put together a pot luck for the guests. Spots were level and easy access. Lots of room for the kids to play and a really nice playground. I didn't give 5 stars for a couple reasons. First, the spots are very close together. And the way the firepits are situated to the back of the site, when you were sitting at your campfire you were only a couple feet from the people behind you. You couldn't have quiet time or a private conversation unless you whispered. Secondly, the roads and sites are entirely covered in rock, making it hard on the dogs feet. Lastly, their pet rules were extreme, so read carefully. We found them to be inconvenient and too restrictive for our dogs.
