Decent waterfall, but not really a destination. This is more of a drive-by as you can only see the top portion of the falls from the road. You can pull over to the shoulder and hop the guide rail to get a closer look, but the bottom portion is on private land.

Nice waterfall, but barely visible by the road. It's good for a quick drive-by but certainly not a destination. You can pull off to the side of the road and hop the guide rail to see the top of the falls, but the lower portion is on private property.

Beautiful hike! The campground is also very nice and has an olympic sized swimming pool. The town of Watkins Glen is also charming and there are plenty of places to get some ice cream or a good meal. Close to many other state parks.

Pretty nice campground: great if it's a clear night, but it is very isolated and there aren't any longer trails nearby. There is a camp store down the road that has everything you could ever need. Remember to bring red cellophane to cover your flashlights and the bathrooms near the nonelectric campsites does not have running water!

Right on Lake Ontario, great view! Tends to get windy from the lake and is sometimes buggy, but otherwise a really nice campground! The bathroom had showers, so I was happy!

The trails are fairly easy and you can definitely bring kids along. The trails have great views of some awesome waterfalls. There is a really cool swimming area with a waterfall, kids pool, and a diving board. Overall, this park was beautiful and a great stop on my road trip!
