Wanted to stop but didn’t have time. You can see it from the highway though for a quick peek.

We LOVED this. My kids (7 and 9) rode solo. Consider buying a pass for for multiple rides-we were sad to be done after one time, but weren’t spending any more time there. Super cute area with shops and just a nice stop on the drive. Worth the $80 ($20/person) even though it sounds like a lot.

Perfect short hike for young kids (7 and 9) after a long day of driving scenic roads. They felt accomplished and loved scrambling on the rocks. Heard rattlesnakes in the area, which was very exciting for them...Very beautiful site, less than a mile hike.

We didn’t stop, but it can be viewed from the road and is beautiful.

A bit pricey for what it is (reconstructed cliff dwellings from another site) But it was a good alternative for our family because we didn’t have time to make it to Mesa Verde. It was fun for the kids to explore and read about the dwellings. We were fine paying for it as we had just spent the morning at Garden of the Gods, which is free, so we weren’t behind on the vacation budget ;)
