Stayed for a few days while visiting family in Des moines, not during the time of the state fair. Large clean bathhouse with plenty of potty's & showers with great water pressure. Clean & quiet and felt very safe. Will definately stay there again during "off" season.

Very small pool. Sludgey pond.Couldn't find hiking trail.Planned activities for the kiddos. Ok for a couple nights.
