Quite disappointing really. You associate Muscle Beach with pumped up bodybuilders pumping iron and flexing muscle but in reality it was a place surrounded by bums and with some people that didn't want to pay for the gym (most of them who were fat). Maybe it was just the wrong time of the year but I found it to be a complete let down.
Such an awesome lodge/camp ground to stay at. Although it is a bit of an intense an oddly confusing drive to it, once there it is really an excellent place to be. Friendly, helpful staff, great food and awesome bar service. My only issue was that it wasn't made clear until arrival that there is no facilities or allowance at all to cook your own food. The only thing stated is that you can't cook by your tent but that there are other facilities...
Overall, this is an interesting fort to visit. A bit more could be done to make it more interactive but was still interesting none the less
Such an amazing place to visit and walk around. The size these trees can grow is astronomical. The fact that a bear cub also popped by to say hello just made my day even better.
The cable cars were just awesome to ride on. Easy way to get around the city and even better to see parts of what the city has to offer. A must do when visiting.
The boardwalk was ok. Definitely worth walking as there are some classic characters to see up and down it. The only major problem I had with it is eventually you just keep passing stalls/stores selling the same goods as ones passed already. Was worth the long trek though and recommend it just to see what Venice has to offer
