The grounds and home are very beautiful but there was less information about Gallatin than we expected. Placards are few and not very detailed, especially in the house. There is a video but it wasn't working when we were there, that might have helped.

This park is small and its main content is easily enjoyed in a few hours. Exhibits are excellent and National Highway info is included. Guided tours are frequent and staff is friendly.
