This is a MUST-VISIT. Especially if it’s October. The sky was blue, the leaves were red, orange and yellow, and to roam around these streets and in Abraham Lincoln’s home was INCREDIBLE! The tours run every 10 or 15 minutes (with very fun and friendly park ranger tour guides) and they are free of charge. What a magical and memorable excursion. So glad we stopped!

Fun little stop on Route 66. Half the building is an antique store (mostly Knick knacks...a lot of glass items) and the other half is a diner. The diner only had one server, so service was a little slow, but she was super friendly and we weren’t in a hurry. Our 6-year-old son got a kick out of all the statues and my husband and I did too. Fun photo ops galore!

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and everything felt brand new. (October 2018) Staff was super kind and breakfast was great! Lots and lots of choices and they were all delicious. The indoor pool was a hit with our 6-year-old son and it also looked new and clean. Beds were comfy, rooms/bathrooms were spacious and updated. And to top it off, there’s a Cracker Barrel restaurant 50 feet from the front door! Felt like we were in a good area and didn’t worry about our RV parked in the parking lot overnight. Great experience!

Incredible! This was our first time staying at a campground in an RV with our 6-year-old son and although it rained both days we were there, we still had a blast. This is a FANTASTIC place for folks with kids, and the breakfast was to die for! We will DEFINITELY be back when it’s warmer because the pool/hot tub/bouncy pad area looked like it would be so much fun. This campground is very conveniently located super close to Opryland and a Cracker Barrel restaurant- mmmm! Our pull-through space had very nice outdoor furniture (in perfect condition) and a fire pit. The whole campground is surrounded by a solid, white privacy fence and the area was very quiet. Super quaint, super fun, super convenient. My favorite combo when it comes to travel destinations!
