This was a pretty cool historical functioning post office.
Need a permit to see now. We didn’t know and arrived and that’s what we were told. You can purchase online though.
Super crowded area. We got there and we’re told we needed a permit. The ranger was kind enough to let us drive through for the views though!

This is a super pretty area we found for free camping. It’s a popular place. But it’s large so we easily found somewhere to park and camp for the evening. We got in around 8 pm. It’s right off the highway, but it’s too noisy considering.
This place was so amazing. The views were breathtaking.
This park was amazing. There was a playground for the kids. Clean bathrooms. So many trees for shade. And some picnic areas. We drive a small bus and the turns were tight but we didn’t have any issues getting in or out.
This takes you to a rest stop, but there’s a sign telling you scenic route 3 miles that takes you to dead man’s point. It’s better than a rest stop
