Stayed here one night. Camping at Walmart would have been nicer. Campground needs repaired. The girl in the office was very nice or I would have rated it a one. I would recommend spending $4 more and staying st Graceland campground.

nice sandy swimming beach on the lake with parking, well marked hiking trails and a lake that is good for kayaks and canoes.
great place to stay with kids.
walk to the beach area may be a little to far for very young kids or those with handicaps.

lower Hurricane campground - great for smaller campers. I have a 24 ft unit that just fit in between the trees. Quiet except for the running river and the waves in the lake.
Golden passport senior card and this was only $ 7.00 night. No cell service at the site.

quiet park on the weekdays, gets crowded on weekends - stay at the point near the campers beach. Small town just a mile away for quick pickups and town of Dover is only 6 miles and has full grocery stores. Love taking kayaks and grandkids to this park. Only a few full hookup sites and these are not on the water. Electric sites on water are limited. Can fill up with water just past campers check in

Top of the hill when going west and leaving Havre. Safe spot. Some road noise. Good for a one night pass through. Electric, water, bath house with showers.

Have stayed here many times. Great hosts, small store with fishing and food supplies. Rest rooms and showers are clean, but not luxurious. Boat rentals and boat slip if you are towing. Enjoy fishing and exploring on the Ottawa river. Ask owners of locations of waterfalls.

Directions are wrong, use Rt82 and east not north. In Leland visitors center.
Very expensive, asked for the good Sam rate and was told they have one rate for everyone. We called while on the road to see if they had room, no one answered, we left message for a return call which we never received. When we got to campground and we were done checking in the camp phone rang - no one bothered to answer it. Extra charge for using the pool.
Great spot to stretch your legs.
