What a hidden gem! Room for tent camping is plentiful. Pets are welcomed (a huge plus for us). It's $7.50 per person and your pick of campsites. Not many rules here, just be respectful and clean. Bathhouse is simple, but functional. Location is primo with only a short 30 min drive into Fredericksburg and 15 min drive to either Llano or Enchanted Rock. Hosts are super friendly and inviting. Hope you visit here soon and when you do, enjoy a little country life.

We stayed in one of their cabins during peak season in July. The location of the RV Park is perfect with just 15-20 minutes to Glacier. The Park's general store carries great inventory of souvenirs, food & snacks and toiletries.

Our cabin was cozy and came with a picnic table and umbrella and grill. Parking for our vehicle was right in front of our cabin, which made it easy to load and unload from.

The restrooms are clean, but limited with three stalls and two showers for the women's and one stall, one urinal and two showers for the men's. Be prepared to wait for the showers during peak season.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The grounds are breathtaking; situated in the mountains, surrounded my beautiful pine trees & gorgeous landscaping. The bed & breakfast offers mountain horseback riding, delicious homemade breakfast & coffee in the mornings & a quiet retreat if you just want to relax. Feel free to feed the horses & play with their dogs; they're all extremely friendly & love getting a good scratch behind the ears. :)

The owners are very friendly & accommodating & make you feel right at home. The room was clean & cozy and offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. They offer regular rooms and teepees.

All in all, looking forward to coming back very soon!

Outdated; in need of a facelift. The Ptac unit left the room either cold or hot. Otherwise, the room was clean with a sweet personal note from the housekeeper. Be mindful that breakfast is not included in your stay. We did not use the water park, so I cannot speak for it. Overall, great location off the highway with plenty of food choices nearby.

We had no idea what to expect at this memorial...upon arrival at 6:30pm we learned the entrance is FREE after 6:30 in the summer when the park closes at 8pm. The gift shop is great with lots of goodies! The 5-mile drive is well worth it with beautiful photo opts, painted horses and scattered tombstones that represent fallen U.S. Soldiers. This is a beautiful and breathtaking memorial that is a must see.

Owner was very accommodating. Showed us two sites to choose from upon check-in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean with plenty of hot water and privacy. Pets are allowed here, but be forewarned that cats roam the property, which could cause problems with dog owners. The campground is located near a highway and active railroad, so noise is present - won't work for light sleepers.

The campground's location is spectacular! Turquoise lake is breathtaking and reminds me of Lake Tahoe. Each site is semi-private with lots of trees. The site lacks with the following: no water or electric hookups, no showers or toilets. Bathrooms are on site, but best described as a whole in the ground. It's hard to stay here for longer than a few days with some amenities.

The best we've been to in Colorado! Super clean site, showers and bathrooms. Water and electric at every site. Great attractions all around! Highly recommend this campground. Wish all campgrounds were this nice. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our first stop on our Colorado road trip. The campsite is beautiful with great views of the lake. Bathroom and showers are very clean along with the sites. Electric hookups are located at every site with water pumps, not hookups, available at some sites. Fantastic stop! Wish they had gone the extra mile and put water hook ups at each site too.
