It was very interesting to explore. Not too much left to see at Two Guns, but Canyon Diablo's ruins were awesome.
I heard the house has fallen and is no longer around. Does anyone know if that's true?
Just came back a week ago from this trip. The gentleman I spoke with to get onto the island seemed to think I was crazy for wanting to get out there and take pictures, but understood why I wanted to do it. The property is used for fishing and camping. I'm thinking about going back and staying over night.
I've been here a few times. It's so quiet and peaceful, but full of energy. You can take guided tours during specific times on certain weekends. Any other day, stop by the visitors center, grab a map, and start exploring!
True, it's in a rough part of town. We have never had any issues with the area. The cemetery is beautiful. You can definitely feel a certain energy throughout.
