I had my reservations about going here, but I'm glad I did. Most of the park is man made with paved walking trails and mowed grass. But man, it was beautiful. We spent the whole day exploring the trails and viewing the waterfalls. There is one rustic bypass trail that takes you way high up top and that was really peaceful too. It was great to see all the families spending time together biking and exploring. I'd go again, and would want to do a tram tour to hear all the background info they share. Purchase in advance, they were sold out by 11:00.
This trail was beautiful and well taken care of. The address given on the map took you across the street to the boat launch. The trail head is on the other side of the road. I wish I had more time to spend there to check out the different loops.
Great trail. I wouldn't call it easy but it's not hard for someone in decent shape. The view was beautiful and well worth the time it took to get there. The drive up was intense, I'm glad I had an SUV, but plenty of cars were up there.
The address provided isn't a trailhead or park. I couldn't find a way to explore the area.
Not much to see. Don't go out if your way.
