We stayed in our Airstream here for 5 days in July. If you want to unplug and you don't mind spending the extra money then this is it! It's hard to beat the enjoyment of the beach and the California weather. Stay in spot 32 on Eucalyptus for the best view of the Pacific from your trailer (be aware that this row is back-in). Prepare to spend time getting level as most of the sites, including ours are rather uneven. This is a busy resort and it was full of campers for the holiday weekend. The wifi was terrible, and a cell phone signal was non-existent, but we could march up to the resort for better access to both- just don't expect to work from camp. The food at the restaurant is tasty but expensive, and the store at the resort has a good selection of organic snacks and upscale touristy items. No pool but you can walk to the beach in 15 min.
The negatives for me, if you can call them that, were that I would have loved to sleep with all of the RV windows open to enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean breeze but almost everyone had a campfire going late so I had to keep them shut or the trailer was full of smoke, which was a shame in such beautiful weather.
Also, for a fancy resort, with these lovely comfort stations, each only had 2 showers! One in the ladies and one in the men's, and they were not very private. There are doors with locks on the toilets but only a flimsy curtain for the shower and the bathroom doors were always propped open so it wasn't very private. The fireplace and dry sauna were nice touches and the bathroom facilities were very clean.
We had mechanical difficulties and the staff was very accommodating and helpful regarding extending our stay, letting us bring in a mechanic to swap out our brake controller, and letting us have parts shipped via Amazon to the campground.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Nice place. Clean. Quiet. Friendly and helpful people. Nice store. Private bathrooms with showers. Recently redone salt water pool and the Hot tub is set at 104° which was just right for us. Have your garbage out early in the morning and they come around and pick it up. Lots to do and many restaurant choices in nearby Morgan Hill.

Note: getting in is tricky in a big rig. Be aware that you can not make a left turn into this campground which is on the North side of Monterey Rd due to a barrier that runs almost the length of this road. Take the exit to the east of the campground and travel westbound on Monterey for easiest access.

Just a note: My 5 star review is based on customer service, cleanliness, safety, and our personal facility needs, not superfluous extras.

We made an unplanned stop here when we had issues with our trailering lights on the way to Las Cruces, NM. This is a nice RV campground, close and convenient to I-10. Proximity makes it a bit noisy but once inside the camper we never noticed. Kind and helpful older couple that turn out to be the owners were our hosts. They gave us a great tip for a local Mexican restaurant for dinner. The campground itself was clean and orderly with everything on our list, which includes full hookups with 50 amp service, Internet, cable, showers and laundry. We were in spot 5, and everything worked. Not much shade to be found here but some of the sites have covered picnic tables which is a nice touch. The facilities are a bit older but spotless. The showers inside both the ladies and men's washrooms are inside private stalls with a small dressing area attached. There was ample cold water which has been a rarity at the desert campgrounds we've stayed at. We would definitely stop and stay here again if passing through.
***Three things to be aware of:
1) With regards to Laundry- the laundry facilities are only open from 8 am to 6 pm daily.
2) There is a truck/RV wash that you drive right by on your way in. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of this but it's nice to know its there. There is no washing of RV's in the campground.
3) Most importantly, If you want to stop here make sure you call ahead. Once they close for the evening they chain off the entrance so no RV's are getting in. Which also means no emergency exits in the middle of the night! I did like the idea that no one could come along and tow off our camper while we were at dinner, at least not easily.
