What a pleasant surprise! My kind of place. Built in 1914, it has so much charm and character. Only 18 rooms, one of the best restaurants I've been to. The menu offer very fresh, local meat and produce....excellent! Nicely appointed rooms with some antiques dressers, tall ceilings, and spotlessly clean! The bath has been completely remodeled and is beautiful with a nice tub and fixtures. There are 3 indoor mineral spring tubs and one outdoor hot tub which I didn't check out. You sign up for a 30 minute soak at the front desk where you also get your robe. You can shut the door to the smaller tubs for some privacy, or leave the door open if you don't mind sharing. Helpful attentive staff, and there is wonderful live music in the restaurant lounge on Thursdays. Great value!
