The igloo is actually the guard booth. They do have a outlet store to shop in. Prices were good.
Wonderful view! Tickets include a 4D short movie. Tickets I thought were pricey. My family of 5 had to pay over $60.
Nice area! Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from but other than that, there is nothing else to do.

My family enjoyed it! We were able to hold a small alligator and ride airboat. Ride lasted about 30 minutes. We couldn't see many gators on the ride due to the heat. No waiting time, rides run every 30 minutes.
Food was good, wait time was about 20 minutes. Disappointed because I chose the restaurant from the reviews saying it was fun entertainment for the kids but actually there was no entertainment. Little pricey for my taste...my family of 2 adults and 3 kids ran us about $80.

The breakfast was great and so was housekeeping. But the room was small and could use some upkeep. There was a lifeguard on duty at the pool.
