Facilities are lovely. Check in staff was nice. Rooms were very nice and clean. Stayed in a room with 2 queens and 3 people. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The room was a good size and didn't seem crowded. A good amount of outlets. The desk in the room was pretty comfortable to work at in the room. Bathroom had Thann soaps and lotion. Lounge for rewards/executives was well stocked and had breakfast in the morning. Attendant was lovely and even changed the channel so we could watch Serena Williams win her 20th grand slam title. $34.85 for valet to park. If Marriott Rewards member internet was free. Otherwise I think it was $5 for standard internet and more for premium. You would probably need premium to watch any streaming. But the standard was good enough for email.

The one major problem we had was with the room service. Normally I wouldn't order room service and would opt to go explore the city, however, I had a business call that went very late and my friends were hungry. One of my friends has Celiac Disease and can't have gluten. She explained what gluten was with a lot of detail and ordered just a piece of chicken and vegetables. My other friend and I ordered 2 hamburgers. Nothing too complicated. Well first when they came we only got 1 hamburger instead of 2. They didn't charge us for the second since they forgot it and brought the additional hamburger. Although it was $45 for 1 hamburger and the chicken. My friend got violently ill who had the chicken though. Clearly the person on the phone did not understand gluten and instead of having the chef call or saying they could not accommodate she got very very ill. If we had wanted to explore the night life we wouldn't have been able to. Not pleasant for traveling. When I was checking out I told the staff member that the room service staff could use more training on gluten allergies. He didn't seem to care and was more interested in the man standing behind me.

I was a little worried this would be boring and just looking at boxes since the big Jelly Belly is in California, but it was actually really interesting. The history and process of candy making was nice to learn about. I also enjoyed Tati g the different flavor in the store and looking at the cute Jelly Belly clothes. Overall a nice stop on my trip.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Got in at 2:30am after a 14 hour car ride and was so happy the staff made check in easy. Hotel is very clean. Beds comfy. Loved that they had outlets on both sides of the bed. My only gripe was that the shower had no water pressure and it was cold. Luckily it was the summer but if I was here in the winter a cold shower would be very unpleasant. The water issues could be because the hotel was under construction.

Great food, definitely rivals the delis in NY. They also have great gf bread. Great with food allergies. Food delicious and hefty portions. On the pricey side $41 for 3 sandwiches.
